Built in 1966, this Oxford neighborhood gem received a complete remodel in 2016. The biggest layout challenge for this project was creating a proper master suite for our client in this split tri-level home. We opened up the hall bath on the second floor to the largest bedroom in the home and then created a pass-through to another bedroom which we turned into a large walk-in closet. In addition, our client spends a considerable amount of time in the sunroom. By opening up a pass-through above the kitchen sink, we were able to draw in more natural sunlight into the darkest part of her home and create a better connection between the sunroom and the kitchen. Lastly, we opened up the tiny kitchen to the tiny dining room and bowling alley living room creating a wonderfully spacious great room, the perfect solution for our hostess-with-the-mostest client.
